Didn't have time to write (pun intended)

Whew! I finally had time to write something down. It’s not that I didn’t have an eventful week (believe me, I had one! This is, after all, the last week before our finals), it’s just that I didn’t have time to write. I’ll try to write some of the things that happened this week during my very long (take note of the sarcasm) sembreak.

Speaking of not having the time, I really don’t believe in the excuse that a person was not able to do a certain task because he or she, cliché as it is, “didn’t have the time”. I believe that when you really want to do something, you’d set aside time for it. Whenever we fail to do something, we have no one else to blame but ourselves because we are partially responsible (Ah, I’m part existentialist, I didn’t know that) for everything that happens to ourselves and, if I might add, other people.

That's what I believe. If only I could apply it in my life, don’t have time kasi e. All kidding aside, it’s something that’s really hard to implement but I’m up to the challenge (I hope). Here’s to looking forward to a very hectic new semester.
